Default outqueue

I've recently moved a simple script to production that calls an RPG pgm to print a report. In dev, the report went to the users default outq, without my doing anything in the rpg or php to direct it there, which is fine. Once in production however, it goes to some other outq, unrelated to the user p...

form action not found in portal

I have a very simple php portlet (really nothing more than a submit button) that works fine standalone, but when moved to our portal (IBM portal on iSeries) it fails on submit with a 'file not found' type error. In other words, the form action path doesn't work. I think it has something to do with t...

So back to the controller, immediately prior to the above statement, I loop throug...

Can I prevent _forward from running bootstrap?

In a controller, I _forward to another action. Apparently when I do that, bootstrap runs again - that is to say, it's like calling the initial link. Can I prevent that?

Why instantiate session in each function?

I don't get why- if I have in the bootstrap: $dN = new Zend_Session_Namespace(); and then to use $dn in a controller I have to instantiate it in each function. If I try to instantiate within the class but outside either function, I get an error. Am I just being an idiot? class IndexController extend...
