Zend Server User Interface won't load

We have just installed Zend server on a new IBM i machine and the Zend server user interface won't load. It did load and we went through the set up steps. Everything when fine until the last step when it just hung. Since then every attempt to access the user interface results in an error - tasks hav...

Re: Version control system on IBM i

I am also wondering how this works. Where is the repository set up? on your local PC? How does this work for multiple developers on the same project? Also if you allow Studio to push you changes to the server on save aren't you bypassing the commit? Does anyone have more detailed explaination of how...

Menu showing siblings if no children

Hi, Is there a way to stop the menu from showing siblings if there are no children? I have several menu options that have children that are invisible and have just added a new menu option that does not have any children and was surprised to find that the option with no children displays its siblings...

Navigation Breadcrumbs - page with multiple parents

I am relatively new to PHP and Zend Framework, so i am hoping that someone can explain what I see as a major drawback of the Navigation Breadcrumbs component. I am creating a ticketing system. In that system I have a ticket details page that shows all the detail information about a ticket. I want th...

Re: Extending Zend_Paginator to account for multiple paginators

Hey yonman, Thanks for your reply. First off you were right that using factory was my issue. I figured that out a few days ago and once that was fixed everything worked properly. As for your question about what I was trying to accomplish, I am looking to create three different lists that are paginat...

Extending Zend_Paginator to account for multiple paginators

I am trying to create a view that has three different results sets that can be paged through independently. I found some code that extends the Zend_Paginator class and adds the ability to create specific page names: class Default_Paginator extends Zend_Paginator { public $pageName = 'page'; public f...

Zend_Navigation Breadcrumbs page exists more than once

I am using Zend_Navigation to create menus and breadcrumbs. The problem I am having is that I have one page that I want accessible from two different spots in the menu. I loaded the conatiner to have this page id be a child of two different parent ids. The menu renders fine - I see the page in both ...

Zend_Validate_Float rejecting 80.000

I am trying to use the Zend_Validate_Float validator inconjuction with a form element to make sure that the data entered is a valid float. However, it keeps telling me that "'80.0000' does not appear to be a float". I am in the US and didn't specify a locale at first. But even after I specified the ...

Re: i5_prepare_program with library list

Thanks DarkLuke980! That worked! I was using the I5_OPTIONS_INITLIBL option on the connection options: $options = array(I5_OPTIONS_JOBNAME=>"PHPJOB", I5_OPTIONS_INITLIBL=>$i5_libl); //Make connection $i5conn = i5_connect( 'MYMACHINE', $username, $password, $options); Do you know why this didn't work...

i5_prepare_program with library list

I am trying to use the i5_prepare_program function in conjunction with a library list. I don't want to have to hardcode the library for the program in the prepare function. I want it to find the first instance of that program within the library list used to establish a connection just like the IBM i...
