Re: Removing Zend Core Removes Zend Server!

Could you please help us with some more details?

We would need to know the exact procedure you uninstall Zend Core, the items that are missing in Zend Server and the most important info on your system.

Re: Trouble with the MSSQL PDO

Unfortunately the PDO_MSSQL extension is not provided by Zend Server on Windows systems. The basic reason is the fact the extension is not stable enough to qualify for the Zend Server standards. On Windows the advised (by Zend and Microsoft) way to work is using the SQL_SRV infrastructure, installab...

Re: Unable to reinstall Zend Server after uninstalled - window 7

Could you please uninstall Zend Server completely and remove the folder 'C:\Program Files (x86)\Zend'? After you do that, try re-installing. While the installation is running, please have the system 'Event Viewer' open to see if any related message is logged. If this is the case, please attach the e...

Re: Zend 5.3 CE Update - Curl SSL Now Disabled

Please replace the cURL binary in the system '/usr/local/zend/lib/php_extensions/curl.so' with the contained in the attached tarball (using rpm command).

Let us know if it fixes your issues.

Re: [ZG5.1EA *nix] Standard PHP functions result in fatal errors

Is there a possibility to arrange a remote session (Webex or SSH) on these machine to debug hands on the issue?

If you would like to proceed as such, please send an email to 'massi@zend.com' so that we can organize a meeting.

Re: Zend Server with Trial License does not work

Could you please send to 'massi@zend.com' the output of the 'support_tool.sh' script? Could you also please replace the license related directives (the ones you post) with the following ones: zend.serial_number=7AOI50100G1850FC866029EAEC0C874C zend.user_name=frantisek Of course restart the whole Zen...

Re: Zend 5.0.2 not starting correctly

Could you please try controlling the stop/start routines through the 'zendctl.sh' script you can find in '/usr/local/zend/bin'?

The script should be setting up the paths correctly.

Let us know if it does not work for you.

Re: Zend 5.0.2 not starting correctly

Hello 'smoorsn0ek',
in your response to Kaplan it seems there is an info conflict.

The 'uname' output indicates a 'x86_64' (64bits) platform while in the subsequent answer you state the platform is i386.

Could you please clarify that?

Re: Zend Sercer CE doesn't work on Windows

What is your OS flavour and the PHP installed?

Could you also attach to this thread the following XML file?
C:\Program Files (x86)\Zend\ZendServer\etc\ZendEnablerConf.xml (64bits) or C:\Program Files\Zend\ZendServer\etc\ZendEnablerConf.xml (32bits).

Re: Uploading zend server and not on local host

You definitely can, if you are working with Zend Server Community Edition otherwise, with Zend Server, you need to purchase a license.

The Zend Server usually speeds up application, not the opposite because of the bytecode caching working in the background.
