Re: Connection refused.

Thanks edac! I figured out the disable ipv6 part, but not the socket line. Then I found your post and it probably saved me HOURS.

Re: Problems to setup Zend Server CE

I have this problem on Snow Leopard on the rare occasion when my MacBook crashes. OSX: 10.6.3 Zend Server CE: 4.0.6 PHP Version: 5.2.11 Zend Framework Version: 1.9.5 To fix it, open a Terminal and type: sudo /usr/local/zend/bin/zendctl.sh stop sudo rm -rfv /usr/local/zend/tmp/* sudo /usr/local/zend/...

RSE Spaces in folder names?

I'm using ZS 7.1.1 on OSX. If I use Remote System Explorer to connect to a windows ftp server (IIS? on Windows Server 2003) I am unable to browse folders with spaces in the name. This works fine browsing to a linux ftp server (ProFTPD 1.3.x). Is there something I can change in ZS? Is this something ...

Re: Zend studio with jQuery doesn't work

What about doing it a different way? Instead of using the jQuery classes, you could try using a layout. Here's an example using jQuery and ZF 1.9 http://www.aeonlogic.com/jqt/public Code is here: http://www.aeonlogic.com/jqt/jqt.zip I started with a normal Zend Framework Project created in ZS 7.1.1 ...

Re: SVN Checkout dont work

I was having a similar problem. I kept getting all kinds of SVN errors. I installed Subclipse and now it's working much better. To install, follow the Subclipse for PDT instructions here, except use the latest Subclipse version: http://2tbsp.com/content/getting_started_eclipse_php_development_tools_...

Re: date.timezone warning message

If you have access to the php.ini file, look for the line: date.timezone= and make it (or add it): date.timezone="America/Santiago" Then restart or reload your web server. If you don't have access to the php.ini file, put this line in your php file before any date related functions: date_default_tim...

Warnings and No Code Complete ZS 7.1.0v20091014 OSX

Hi, I did an install of Zend Server CE 4.0.6 with PHP 5.2.11 on OSX 10.6. Then I installed Zend Studio 7.1.0v20091014 (the 7.1 Beta). I installed Zend Server CE w/ php 5.2.11 over a PHP 5.3 install (could be the issue?), so it more closely matches our production server running Zend Server 4.0.6 w/ P...

Re: Zend Framework Online Demos?

Try http://framework.zend.com/
From there you can see the Reference Guide with some code snippets.

Or you can click on the Community Wiki link. Look under Documentation for Tutorials & articles.

Re: Any plans to improve the documentation?

I think the Zend Framework Docs should include comments like the php.net site. There are a lot of useful real-world examples submitted by end users. I think the wiki is supposed to be like that: http://framework.zend.com/wiki/display/ZFDEV/Home

Re: zend form custom submit button

Don't know if this is the best way, but in my form: $submit = new Zend_Form_Element_Image('submit'); $submit ->setlabel('Submit') ->setImage('images/submit.png') ->setAttrib('id', 'submitbutton') ->setAttrib('type', 'submit'); // buttons do not need labels $submit->setDecorators(array( array('ViewHe...
