Re: Cant open Drashboard after install.

Hi vc4839,
Could you answer a few questions please.

What version of Zend Server are you using?
Have you upgraded from any previous version?

Re: ZS 6 DYLD_LIBRARY_PATH issue OSX

Hey guys, I just wanted to update we solved this issue in Zend Server 6.1. We renamed the php binary to php.bin. And copied php-cli to php. The outcome is you don't need to source /etc/zce.rc manually. Just run /usr/local/zend/bin/php and everything will be done for you. If you are planning to run s...

Re: Too Many open files

Hey ylandsman, We located an issue in debugger that caused the opening of more than 256 files. Attached is a debugger.so file with the fix. It should solve the problem for you! In order to install it in your current Zend Server 6.1 Installation do the following: 1. Extract the attached zip file to a...

Re: Unable to run cli scripts in 6.1 (Mac OS X)

Hey, It seems like the installation of pear generated a shabang that assumes that your php executable is a binary, which is not the case in Zend Server for Mac. A simple workaround this would be to change the first line in /usr/local/zend/bin/phpunit from: #!/usr/local/zend/bin/php to: #!/usr/bin/en...

Re: Too Many open files

BTW as a work around, what I have discovered works is to execute a ulimit -n 4096 prior to zendctl.sh, so maybe I'll add that to zendctl.sh Interesting, what does ulimit -n say before you run ulimit -n [number] ? Because I see in Linux its set as a default of 1024, and on Mac its 256. That might ex...

Re: Too Many open files

Hey ylandsman,
Can you please tell us which version of Zend Server are you using?
Which version of ZF2 are you using?
What PHP version do you have installed?
Are you debugging with the the PHP CLI?
or are you using the debug URL button on studio (via the browser)?

Thanks,
Guy

Re: ZS 6 DYLD_LIBRARY_PATH issue OSX

malatmals and chetzel, Your solutions won't work (and to make sure I tested them), The reason that this error rises is because Zend Server uses a different libsasl2.2.dylib than the native one on Mac 10.7 and 10.8. You MUST have the DYLD_LIBRARY_PATH set. You can't just use symbolic links around thi...

Re: libsasl2.2.dylib conflict with ZS6

Hey rob2532,
I gave you an answer in a duplicate thread.
It seems to have solved the problem for drakos7.

Has it solved it for you too?
