Re: How to turn on CGI/FastCGI on Zend Server for Ubuntu?

Zend Server runs PHP in FastCGI on Windows but not on linux. It looks like you have the correct Server API.

Re: Trying to play with web services

Zend Core is already out of support and has not been updated in a few years. If you are still on Core I strongly suggest that you migrate to Zend Server. The Zend Server installation will get you the latest Zend Framework and PHP versions by default.

Re: Zend I'm giving up

Let me try and address a few of the issues that you are bringing up here. We are indeed seeing a wave of spammers on the forums in the past few weeks who are aware of the fact that this is a very popular forum and ranks high in search engines. The forum like many other frequently visited sites is us...

As mentioned above most of these are off shore manual spammers not automated bots that are usually filtered. Some spammers keep registerin...

Re: Zend Server license key?

Re: Zend Deployment Error : Bad file descriptor

It sounds like permissions of the folders but it is not a known issue as far as I know. I suggest that you open a case and provide a support tool output in the case so the engineers can look at the specific deployment errors.

Re: Zend Server license key?

When you install ZS and do not enter a license key you will get the basic community edition functionality. The full Zend Server features are enabled by the license key. You can get a 30 day trial license if you click the "Generate a Trial License" button.

Re: Zend Deployment Error : Bad file descriptor

Is ZS running on IIS or Apache? Deployment is supported on Apache on Windows.

Re: Can't register Trial-Version

Is this a clean installation? Did you upgrade from an older ZS or ZSCE version?
