When you use ANY php framework something like APC or Zend Optimizer + is critical for performance.

Not really the way you have it written. since you HTMLis executing serially. However, if you used Javascript you could do each frame as a separate callback and those could run in parallel.

All Job queue does to execute a job is to post to a URL. So hat URL could be load balanced over any number of servers.

The configuration of the AMIs on Marketplace are set up to be used in a clustered environment. In that environment MySQL is used for the DB not SQLlite. So that is why the tables were not set up. It wasn't intended to be used in this way but I'm glad you got it working.

you can't have both guard loader and optimizer loaded at the same time. Loader is for php 5.3. Optimizer is for php 5.2. And the php files must be encoded by guard for the right php version (ie 5.2 encoded files won't run in 5.3 and vice versa).

see if you can run phpinfo and look at the output to see where it is loading the php.ini file form. that is the php.ini file you will need to be able to edit and then you can put the optimizer file anywhere that is accessible for you site.
