The directory /usr/local/zendsvr/etc/ has a subdirectory conf.d. In this directory you can find the file uploadprogress.ini with the extentionn directive for your module, but disabled by default. if there are too much files matching the search pattern, the shell can't handle this. you have to use search patterns that match not all files at once and delete the files step by step.

e.g.: rm error_zfcgi.Q[1-2]*

this will delete only files which have a 1 or 2 after the Q
