404 Not found error for every file

Sorry, but i'm think i'm too stupid. I've added on Mac OS X installation a php-file to /usr/local/zend/apache2/htdocs but I only get an 404 Not found error but I don't know why. The same for the delivered file dummy.php. When I call it via http://localhost:10081/dummy.php I get an 404 Not found error too. What can be the reason?
