Zend Server CE X Oracle 10.2.0.3.0

Greetings

I'm not able to connect the Oracle database (v.10.2.0.3.0) using ZendServerCE. The application runs, but when you connect the DB returns the message "ORA-12154: TNS: Could not resolve the connect identifier specified". With WampServer worked perfectly, and everything connected. Had to change to the WampServer ZendServer because of ZendGuard, and now I found this problem with the database. Does anyone know how to help me?
