How to continue my license? how to reach support!?

I have a problem and I have no idea how to solve it. Please advise someone?

I had one year subscription for Zend Guard that is expired. I did not find an option on my account to continue the license and I created another account and bought a new one year subscription for $600. The payment was sent from my debit card but I did not find a license in my account. I sent several emails to different support emails - no response. I called support but no one could redirect me to Zend guard support. I tried to call sales department and there is only voice message there. I left the message with my phone number - no response.

Hello
Seems you have some delayed license generation with weekend closing (since you got voice mail).

You can open a support case in https://support.roguewave.com
sign-in (or request portal access if not yet done)
https://support.roguewave.com/SignIn

When we have the support case we can route it internally in case we cannot locate the license,
the user pages also show the license, we will try to locate it first.
