Could you please make this available for download? I've been working with this for the past two days and would prefer to run Optimizer alongside a normal PHP installation. Like the previous poster said, non-thread-safe FastCGI is the configuration that Microsoft is endorsing.

I was not able to make it work using either the Community or Core DLLs. The only standalone DLL that works is from an older archive (ZendOptimizer-Windows-PHP521nts.zip).

Is there any progress on a separate download for a Windows NTS Zend Optimizer version? To use Zend Optimizer with Microsoft's recommended PHP environment (PHP nts + IIS/FastCGI), it's critical to have a non-tread-safe version of Zend Optimizer. I'm sure this is a big issue for quite a few Zend Guard customers, or prospective customers. Is there a time frame for including such binaries in the official Zend Optimizer setup? Thanks.

Here is a zip file we created with a NTS version of optimizer. Just unzip and read the readme file. If people want to try this out and let us know how it works before we formally release it.

Hello,

thanks for the fast reaction and for providing us with a test version of the Optimizer. I've tested the binary with PHP 5.2.10 under XP with IIS/FastCGI, and I receive the following unhandled exeption when I try to run a PHP script (I also receive the error when I execute a PHP script from the command line, just executing php.exe -v works, and shows that the Optimizer extension has been loaded):

Unhandled exception at 0x7c91b21a in php.exe: 0xC0000005: Access violation writing location 0x00000010.

I will also try the binary on Windows 2008 later today and post the results.

Regards,
Dennis

See my other post that Optimizer does not work with PHP 5.2.10 yet. We're working on this and hope to have a solution soon. So if you can revert or try it on 5.2.9 that would be great.

Optimzer+ is a merging of some part of the old Optimizer and some arts of the Zend Accelerator technology. The guard loafing parts of optimizer are now in a guard loader components. We hope to release PHP 5.3 version of these soon.

Thank you for ZendOptimizer.dll
I have Windows Server 2008 with IIS 7.0 Fast-CGI and Zend Optimizer 3.3.3
I configured by readme.
I try to work this ZendOptimizer.dll with php-5.2.8-nts-Win32, php-5.2.9-2-nts-Win32 and php-5.2.10-nts-Win32.
After restart IIS-server when I tryed to see phpinfo and I can see:
"HTTP Error 500.0 - Internal Server Error
C:\php\php-cgi.exe - The FastCGI process exited unexpectedly"
and in Application Event Log:
"Faulting application php-cgi.exe, version 5.2.8.8, time stamp 0x493d79ac, faulting module ntdll.dll, version 6.0.6002.18005, time stamp 0x49e03824, exception code 0xc0000005, fault offset 0x00038e7c, process id 0xb9c, application start time 0x01ca314ebc365918."
Please help.
Can you create new ZendOptimizer.dll?
