zend studio 9 shortcuts - remove block comment does not work

It seems there is a bug on Zend studio version 9, with shortcut for removing block comment. That is, when I add block comment, and then I want to remove it I have to select the block comment's area(exactly as it was selected after adding block comment), and then press the shortcut, but on zend studio 8 it was easier and simpler, cause in order to remove block comment it was necessary just to put the cursor anywhere inside the block comment and then press appropriate shortcut.
