Where is my license Zend?

Yesterday I bought a Zend Studio license and received an email confirmation.

Payment Information
Date/Time: 6-Jul-2017 19:19:36 MDT
Transaction ID: 40184144965

However, the licenses numbers in my RogueWave account do not work at all.
I am trying to find a place to post my issue, but the support site is horrible, worst than a trap.
We do not have a chat or even a contact form to send our complaining.

If I bought a license it is because I really need the software to work.
This situation is awkward, cumbersome.
I never expect to Zend to treat me like that!
I am so disappointed.

I'm sorry to hear about the trouble you are facing.
There is no trap, perhaps a technical difficulty or glitch, since we do not see a global issue.

Have you opened a support case in our portal, with all the details about Zend Studio installed version and OS, license information, and error you are getting?
(or request portal access if not yet done)

With a new case we will be able to check the details against our records and communicate with our internal teams for any license issues per your account.

I have the same issue. Just setting up a dev environment at a new client site and already regretting going with Zend Studio!
This does not reflect at all well on Zend and the second very bad experience with your products in the past 6 months.
The new setup with Rogue Wave clearly hasn't been thought through or implemented at all well. There is no support!

its quite apparent that Zend is having some issues with Licences purchased from RougeWare. When exactly is this going to be fixed?
I seriously am seconds away from cancelling my order via my bank or demanding repayment/refund because this is simply inexcusable at this point.
