Brace Indenting w/ Embedded CSS

Post by xunnamius » Tue Feb 14, 2012 7:09 am

Okay, this may seem fairly trivial compared to the other problems getting floated around here... but for the life of me, I can't figure out how to stop that closing brace from being automatically inserted all the way to the left margin, instead of staying inline with the rest of my embedded CSS.

I've been using Dreamweaver as an IDE (not WYSIWYG) to dev web apps for a few years now, and everything worked as expected; colors were pretty, tab and Shift-Tab did what they were supposed to, etc. I guess there're some growing pains.

Here, some sample code:

Code: Select all

		<style type="text/css">
			body {
				background: #500101/*#013750*/;
			#outer_wrapper {
			#scaling_wrapper {
} <--- why won't these line up like the first one >_<?
Worse yet, I see no CSS "Formatter" setting, like there is for PHP and HTML. After a few hours of searching around, I've come up empty handed.

Any ideas?

Does this only happens on css identifiers that start with non-alphabetical characters?

If so it looks like it is related to this:
