Zend Studio 9 Git Pluign not work corectly

Postby fauri on Thu Mar 08, 2012 1:30 pm

Hello,
I've installed the Git Plugin in my Zend Studio.
The Repository is already corectly cloned but if I make an Push or Pull, there are some errors:
An internal Exception occurred during push: http://Servername/GitRepository/: git-receive-pack not permitted

What shuld I do to solve the Problem??

Thanks

Hi,
Probably you are only allowed to push via other protocol (e.g. SSH).

After local commit you have to follow:
Project right-click context menu > Team > Remote > Push > Custom URI > Add Git repository URI (http protocol) + username and password > Next > Source ref: HEAD, Add all branches spec, then Force Update all specs > Next > Finish > OK
The changes will be propagated to the repository (github) successfully.

Tell me if it helps.

Hi,
thanks, that was a good idea but I always fear before doing over ssh on a windwows system!
Now I have further Problems with the authentication over ssh but I think I do sth wrong in the configuration...
Do you know a good Tutorial to install, config and customize ssh connection with git and Zend Studio under Windows?
I haven't found anything.

thanks
