Same here on Zend Studio 7.1.1.v20091227.

On eclipse i does not have such issues.

Is there a patch for this bug?

I have had the same issue and the version 7 is just not working for me on windows or linux, i would love to use and buy this product, but it slows down my work and i can simply not make any money using this, its way to buggy.

This is getting really annoying. I'm having to shut down Zend Studio completely and restart it just to sync...any fix for this?

It seems like this is a huge issue. I lose a ton of time every day disconnecting, reconnecting, and navigating back to where I was.

Zend really needs to get on this.

Correct, this is the same issue!

I have reported that in early december, and nothing happens within the last 3 months, this makes me sad.

I had the same problem but solved it recently by moving the workspace.
I used File->Switch Workspace and put the new one under C:\Zend instead of Users (Win7)
(I don't know if it was because I had åäö-letters in the last path and now I don't, or if there is another reason)
It solved the problem, but the ftp is still painfully slow :/

I have the same problem (running on MAC and using Remote Systems to edit files on the server)... I am on the 30 days trial, but wont spend a cent for this.
Version 6.1 wasnt much better... A lot of I/O Exceptions. How they can charge so much for something that doesnt work?
