Thanks for reply. Could you tell if you had any extra features installed before the update? We would like to investigate why update failed for this particular plug-in.

One thing is sure, copy paste doesn't changes formatting anymore!!

Hello,
I reproduced the problem.
It is really caused by the patch for high CPU usage you have installed.
Uninstalling the patch you will get paste action working on empty lines.
I opened an issue in our bug-tracking system regarding this problem.

Hi,

I also got rid of the problem when I unchecked "Adjust indentation" in Preferences->PHP->Editor->Typing .
Does this work for anybody else?
