post software update - zend studio refuses to launch

Hi everyone - I checked for updates on Zend Studio and went ahead and installed them but know I am getting an alert :



What should I do to get it up and running again?
I would be grateful if anyone could help me out - thanks.

Does it happen on Mac?

We are working to solve this issue.

Hi - I believe I was running 9.0.3 and no I didn't install any extra features above and beyond my initial installation.
I hope that helps.

Hi,
You can indisputably detect the version of your Zend Studio before updating.
You just need to go to About Zend Studio > press "Installation Details" button > press "Installation History" tab > Select the line just above the last one.
Look at the attached screenshot.
Please, could you confirm if you have the same version?

I believe you have not installed any patches as well, right?
