There are many CMS based on PHP out there. like WordPress, Joomla, Drupal, Typo3, Concrete5 and more.

In my opinion, WordPress is the most popular and easy to use CMS in PHP. It is highly suitable for non-technical users because allows to easily configure and manage content. It is the best choice for blogging platform.

Drupal is an open source content administration framework kept up and created by a group of more than 1,000,000 clients and designers. It's dispersed under the terms of the GNU General Public License (or "GPL"), and anybody is allowed to download it, utilize it and offer it with others. The people group is continually attempting to ensure Drupal is a forefront stage that backings the most recent advancements that the Web brings to the table. The Drupal venture's standards energize measured quality, gauges, joint effort, usability, and that's only the tip of the iceberg.
