I think word press is the best CMS for PHP Website. It is easy to implement and SEO friendly. With the help of yoast plugin provided by worpress, you can optimize your website without seo knowledge. Check my website girikon, created on word press and php.

It keeps on developing utilization consistently and with each new theme or plug-in that is made, the force of WordPress extends significantly every time you use it. An effective CMS Tutorspoint
