Ok, please report back, if you're successful or not. Besides hopefully getting rid of problems like this, switching to ZendServer is the right choice IMHO.

I installed ZendServer and thus far I have not been able to get it to run. I have another post that dscribes the issues I am having. I suspect that it was not well tested with i/OS 7.1

BTW since Zend Core was never officially supported on V7.1 I don't think we ever tested it on that os. Server is supported and is probably your best option.

Is it possible that your code has another db2_connect() somewhere, that still uses the old database name?
