Not Found error when trying to change password

Just loaded Zend Core and the MySQL Package that comes with it.
CALL QP2TERM

trying to change password but the "not found" message is returned.

any suggestions?

Try
cd /QOpenSys/usr/local/mysql/mysql
before running ./bin/mysqladmin
