5250 Bridge and XML Parsing error of 1F (Unit Separator)

Hello,

It would be so fantastic if someone could help me on this.

The 5250 Bridge works great until one of the screens contain a US (unit separator/1F hex) character, then I get a XML Parsing error. I then had the US character removed and did not get the XML Parsing error.

I tried looking at the XML Parser (\usr\local\Zend\5250\API\Zend\5250\XMlParser.php) in the hopes of removing the char there but it's compiled version.

Does anyone have a solution to this? I can't have the US chars removed because it is a required character for our i5 program.

I believe this issue is fixed in the 5220 Bridge which is included in the Zend Server package
