ZF2 Installation

I'm having difficulty understanding the installation process for ZF2. I'm trying to download Composer, but I don't know where I'm supposed to enter the commands to install Composer (the ones that begin with "curl -s" or "php -r"). I couldn't post the full commands because I'm not authorized to post url links here on the forum.

I'm on a Windows 7 PC with Zend Studio 9.0.4. We run Zend Server 5.6 on a V6R1 IBM i.

I've tried entering the commands in Zend Tool, Windows Command Prompt, and Git Bash, but none of these seemed to be correct. I know it's probably a very obvious answer, but could someone help me understand where I'm supposed to enter one of the previous commands in order to install Composer?

I've discovered that on IBM i, we should use qp2term to install ZF2. That is accessed by running the following command:
