scaffolding... how is this still not a feature?

scaffolding options are available in so many frameworks these days, in multiple languages, so how is it that ZF STILL doesn't support this?

When you look at other frameworks, Yii, Rails, Django, Symfony... need I go on?
Every modern framework has scaffolding for crud, yet ZF and ZF2 still drops the ball. HOW is this not being addressed as a framework feature?
