How to disable session cookie

Post by step6468 » Thu Oct 19, 2017 10:24 am

I'm building a REST API with ZF3
However I'm using default authentication package for authentication. zend-authentication

However on REST responses I can see a cookie is being passed to the REST client with PHP SESSION ID
Since this is a REST API, I need to cancel this.

Any suggestions?

Session Cookie: Also known as the transient cookie, a cookie which was erased when the user closes the web browser. It was just a temporary memory which cannot be retained after the browser is closed.

How to disable it?

Click the Chrome menu on the browser tool bar.
Select Settings.
Click Show advanced settings.
In the "Privacy" section, click the Content settings button.
In the "Cookies" section, you can change to your preferred setting.
