Exception from HTTPNav

I think that there is a problem in HTTP installation on my IBMi.
I install ZendServer on my IBMi after verify that all prerequisites were satisfied.
Now ZendServer doesn't start, even if other web instances are correctly running.

When I try to navigate the HTTPAdmin page, I see different kind of error like in attachment:

Exception from HTTPNav while generating HTML: java.lang.NullPointerException - null

I think that for these reason my ZendServer doesn't start
