Problem starting mysql

Hello,
We have QGPL in the system part of the library list. When trying to start Mysql from the ZSMENU menu the submit job fails because QGPL is specified in the INLLIBL parameter ... "SBMJOB CMD(***) JOB(ZMYSQLD) JOBQ(ZMYSQL/ZMYSQLJBQ) USER(MYSQL) INLLIBL(QTEMP QGPL ZMYSQL)". What is the full sbmjob command here so I can remove the QGPL from INLLIBL?

PARM('/QOpenSys/usr/bin/sh' +
'/usr/local/MySQL/bin/mysql.sh start')) +
