QGPL/ZSVRSAVF successfully transfers.
QBATCH job to complete installation fails.
I am able to run CRTSAVF QTEMP/QM.0001 using the QSECOFR profile interactively from the command line.
If I try to run RSTLICPGM LICPGM(2ZSVRPI) DEV(*SAVF) OPTION(*BASE) SAVF(QGPL/ZSVRSAVF), the install fails to restore save files PHPMYADMIN, ZENDMYSQL and ZFRAMEWRK to library ZENDSVR

Problem is a conflict with third party replication software we are using. RSTLIB command is handled by the replication software rather than the IBM provided RSTLIB (higher in the system library list). Was able to install ZendServer 5.1 from the command line ( RSTLICPGM LICPGM(2ZSVRPI) DEV(*SAVF) OPTION(*BASE) SAVF(QGPL/ZSVRSAVF) ) after removing the third party library- albeit painfully, as any autoresponse message were no longer active for the creation of the IFS directory structure (numerous CPF3DE4 sent to QSYSOPR).
Just in case someone else has a similiar environment. Maybe Zend could consider hard coding the restore operations to reference QSYS/RSTLIB directly.
