Hello all,
I am trying to access myphpadmin gui and am getting a server error. I have zender server installed on an as400 and if I go to the zend server page and look at the apps section I see phpmyadmin installed. When I click on the link from that page I get the logon screen, but when I enter my credentials I get directed to an Internal Server Error page. My phpmyadmin is located on a different virtual server and the .conf only has "Listen *:10088 NameVirtualHost *:10088" no ip specified. This is on a company server and it was set up before I got here. No one seems to know what the problem is. I use to be able to hit phpmyadmin using a different ip but that doesn't work now either. Another confusing thing, is that everything else is located inside the www folder but phpmyadmin is located in the /usr/local folder. The other thing is that I can update, insert, and query mysql programmatically using localhost. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

What version of Zend Server is installed in your machine?

Yes, the version of Zend Server is important. That port sounds like Zend Server 5, which is out of date and no technically longer supported. Later versions get PHP bug and security patches. Do you have plans to upgrade? ... rm-support

Since phpMyAdmin was deployed via the Zend Server Deployment Feature (takes a deployment package and handles checking prerequisites and puts everything in place for you), it used the default virtual host, and you will indeed see the application under/usr/local/zendsvr/var/apps/http/__default__/0/phpmyadmin

If you look at the apache config file /www/zendsvr/conf/httpd.conf and follow the Include directives, you'll see how the /usr/local/zendsvr directories become visible to Apache.

What do you see in the access and especially the error logs under /www/zendsvr/logs when you visit phpmyadmin.

This PHP application is completely separate from MySQL/ZendDBi, so it makes sense you can continue to use the database with no trouble.

Can you confirm the files exist under the directories I mention above, and confirm the Zend Server version by looking at the admin GUI login screen? It will show version number.
