phpMyAdmin

I am trying to use Zend Server on my Mac as a local testing environment. I have been using Zend Server CE for a long time but just upgraded to the new version of ZS6.0 Free and discovered that phpMyAdmin is no longer included. I have downloaded the ZPK file from the link here: viewtopic.php?f=8&t=107228&p=199313&hilit=phpmyadmin#p199313

I then go into ZS and deploy the application but am not sure what to set for my server address/URL and have no idea to access phpMyAdmin once it is up and running. Can anyone help?
