We did not "forget" phpmyadmin, we simply moved it out into the deployment system as a zpk package.

You can download the packages and deploy them manually or use apt-get/yum to install phpmyadmin for Zend Server
Please let us know of any issues, questions or thoughts you may have on this new setup.
