http://HOSTNAME:10081 redirects you to the Admin UI website, it is not a user application port.
You need the port where it listens for default document root to match C:\Program Files (x86)\Zend\Apache2\htdocs,
if you have changed from default 80 to 81, then use http://HOSTNAME (or :80).

Rather than getting angry over issues you face with zend server, you should find smart solutions for it in order to get your work done properly. You should know that it is the server which is used to run and map PHP applications which require extremely high level reliability, security and performance. You should know that it is really easy to set up and update on Windows and Linux thus it saves the time that you spend on tracking. It reveals that how much effective it is for you. You should know that whenever a PHP function returns any error or even throws an exception, an error node will come out in the function call tree. It will reduce the time which it actually takes for pinpointing an error’s actual reason. If you wish to know more about it so contacting a professional writer who asks students to buy dissertation is a great idea. The reason why you should contact professional writes is because they also have a deep insight about servers and their functions.
