Bug tracking / error reporting

Hi Zend
I have found a bug in the zend_debugger, which I have tried to report since this summer here on the forums. Apparently, no one at Zend is looking, so is there some other way of reporting errors?
I feel like I'm stuck with the worst of the open source world and the commercial world, as I don't get support but still has to pay...

You can open a support ticket (also called a case) on http://support.roguewave.com/zend
All links are there to visit cases, create a case and register for the support portal if you have not done it yet.
The forums are for the community and we sometimes "miss a spot" - please do not feel frustrated and just contact support for any report / question about our commercial products.
