php_ffmpeg "could not load this extension"

I'm trying to load php_ffmpeg extension on a Windows 2003 server and am getting the "The system could not load this extension" message. I know it's not really a supported extension; but I was hoping someone might have some experience on how to get ffmpeg working with ZS on Windows. thanks!

Well I can't help you with this extension but i can help you see if you had a problem in your configurations.

where did you downloaded the package from ?

did you change the file to php_ffmpeg.dll and placed it in C:\Program Files\Zend\ZendServer\lib\phpext ?
did you add the extension in your php.ini file (extension=php_ffmpeg.dll) ?
