Zend Monitor UI extension is not loaded

Post by djangob » Tue Feb 10, 2009 12:08 am

After some tweaking to permissions to allow me to enter the serial number I was able to get Zend Server installed and I can access most of the panels, except the dashboard and events. Those panes present an error of "Zend Monitor UI extension is not loaded". Any idea what I need to do to get this loaded?

This is on a freshly installed Fedora Core 9 box installed from RPMs.

The issue was resolved.

The problem was that the idea of separate UI wasn't clear and the GUI was configured to run on Apache . It worked exept the Zend Monirot UI extension wasn't loaded as it is provided in lighthttpd and not with regular Apache.
Again there was no bug in Zend Server but the misconfiguration of the product.

We will make sure the documentation is updated accordingly and the differences between Zend Platform and Zend Server are highlighted .
