Job Queue Reporting Timedout even though job executing with

Hi - I have searched this forum and the net for anything on the issue with the Zend Server Job Queue reporting a job as timed-out even though the script executes to the end.

I see you have to edit a config file zend_jobqueue.http_job_timeout in etc/jqd.ini under the Zend Server installation directory which I cannot seem to locate under stated directory. I updated the 'Report job run time skew after:' option to 3600 seconds in the Zend Server UI 'Server Setup' -> Job Queue and even rebooted Zend Server at the command line but still the jobs have a status of 'timed-out'.

Any idea? I have 5.6 on Linux Cent OS.
