session not working by default

I noticed some problem after installing ZS 4.0.0 - got Permission denied (13) error with initial configuration - just after session.save_path set from "" (defaults to /tmp) to "/tmp/zend" and than back to "" - error message dissapeared - no other changes made (except for mkdir, chown, chmod on /tmp/zend - which should not matter)

allready discovered the problem - sorry for needless thread - the problem was, that i was running zendcore.ora, stopped, installed ZS, started ZS, running ZS, but forgot to restart browser as well - as session was initiated with zendcore (running under nobody.nogroup thus /tmp/sess_xxxxxxxx existing and owned by nobody.nogroup), than session with ZS initiated by browser with same sessid but ZS running under www-data.www-data caused the Permission denied problem. Next time i will spend more time investigating before posting ... :(

Thanks for reporting this anyway. I don't think we can avoid such problems, but this might help others who might encounter it :)

Shahar.
