Zend Studio 9.0.x Beta Update Site

Since the release of Zend Studio 9.0.1 the developers produced a series of fixes in order to address several problems reported by our customers. Because of some constraints imposed by our release process, we cannot make this an official release. On the other hand, we consider those fixes fairly stable and believe that our customers can benefit from them. This is why we decided to publish the latest builds through a separate update site.


Please use the following procedure to apply the fixes to your installation of Zend Studio:

1. In Zend Studio go to Window | Preferences, Install/Update | Available Update Sites.
2. Change the entries Zend Studio Update Site and Zend Studio Extra Features Update Site as follows:

from http://downloads.zend.com/studio-eclipse/updates-extra/9_0 to http://beta.zend.com/studio-eclipse/updates-extra/9_0
3. Click OK to save changes.
4. Close Zend Studio.
5. Add the following line to the end of 'ZendStudio.ini' file:

The file 'ZendStudio.ini' can be found in Zend Studio installation directory on Linux and Windows. On OSX the file is located inside the application package, e.g. /Applications/Zend Studio.app/Contents/MacOS/ZendStudio.ini
6. Start Zend Studio.
7. Go to Help | Check for Updates to install the latest beta version.
