When you download a trial version of a software package you are considering buying (Zend Studio 9.0.2), go to the online Help, click on "What's New in Zend Studio 9.x" and get the message, "The requested URL /help/Zend-Studio/what_s_new_in_zend_studio_8.x.htm was not found on this server." your confidence in the vendor's commitment to quality control is somewhat diminished. Keeping the documentation current is not exactly rocket science, just a whole lot of really boring tedious work. But it's a relatively cheap way to appear competent and I recommend it highly.
