Zend Server CE + Windows 2008 R2 IIS 7.5

I have a Windows 2008 R2 64 bit server, with Zend Server CE 5.6.0 ... I then followed http://learn.iis.net/page.aspx/764/ensu ... web-sites/ using Application Pools as a best practice for IIS 7.5, but Zend Server does not seems to play nice with multiple application pools (multiple sites on a single server, each with their own application pool), fast-cgi seems to be the issue. I can't find any clear instructions about how to configure Zend Server + IIS 7.5 + Application Pools (one for each site running on a single IIS / Zend Server). Has any one got this type of configuration working?

Zend Server does not support Application pools. It will work with multiple web sites in a single application pool.
