destination folder for export

Hi - I am setting up Zend Studio on a new pc and having trouble getting my destination folder to go to www/zendcore/htdocs on my iseries to be used for exporting my php files (I am fairly new to Zend Studio). I do have a remote connection named as400 (original, I know). I have compared the two pc's side by side for settings and not seeing what I'm missing. Any insight is appreciated
