about zend guard licence

Hi,

I'm about to buy a Zend Guard 5 Licence, but I have a few questions before.

I might have to use the software both on my own computer (at home) and on my company's computer...
So I'd like to know if the licence and the software can work on two computers at the same time.
Now, what if we need to format the computer (I think you all know that often happens with Windows...:) ), and reinstalling the software, do we need to buy a new licence ? Does it require a phone activation ?

Zend Guard is licensed to a single user on a single machine. SO you can't use it at home and at work on different machines. I don't think formatting the hard drive will impact stuff.
