Procedure ZFASTCGIIN detected an error.

Postby rtauro on Tue Jul 26, 2011 6:07 pm

I had Zendcore and stopped working on 7.1, I was installing ZendServer and got an error message:

Code: Select all
Message . . . . :   CPFB9C0 received by procedure ZFASTCGIIN. (C D I R)
Cause . . . . . :   ILE Control language (CL) procedure ZFASTCGIIN in module
ZFASTCGIIN in program ZSRVINST1 in library ZENDSVR detected an error at
statement number 0000000287.  Message text for CPFB9C0 is: Error loading
PASE for i program /QOpenSys/usr/bin/sh.  See previous messages.  Use F10
(if available) or the Display Job Log (DSPJOBLOG) command to see the
messages in the job log for a more complete description of what caused the
error.  If you still are unable to solve the problem, please contact your
  technical support person.

How do I fix this?

Thanks.

Please open aticket with Zend support and they will work with IBM (who owns the FastCGI part to diagnose).

Are you sure your system meets all ZendServer pre-reqs? (see http://files.zend.com/help/Zend-Server- ... server.htm)

There was a problem with 5 license programs. IBM asked me to delete and re-install license programs. Now ZendServer is working.

I downloaded 5.2 version and running fine. Should I download 5.3?

Thanks.

That depends on the applications you want to run on your ZendServer. Are they capable of PHP 5.3 or do they still need 5.2? Some PHP features are only available in 5.3, some have changed, so it really depends on what you're planning to do with ZendServer.
