Unable to fully start Zend Server on IBM i

I installed Zend Server CE, and it doesn't fully start. I can get to the Test Page, but with MySQL started, I get an Internal Server Error trying to access phpmyadmin. There is a MSGW on the i5_comd job with the following text:

sorry for my english, check your access rights! This message CPF1338 sayed you have not enough access rights. Try again with the Userprofil with you installed the ZendServer CE . Maybe it will help further!
