Questions: ZSEi5 v7 availability, licensing

Post by jjcllhn » Fri Aug 07, 2009 9:33 pm

When is Zend Studio for Eclipse i5 edition V7 expected to become generally available?

Will the i5 edition beta be extended until GA? I was able to install the v7 beta and test a few scripts, but had some difficulty finding i5 specific features (labeling, help for I5 features).

Will Zend Studio for Eclipse i5 edition V7 be made available as a free upgrade to current users?

It is released now. Sorry for the slight delay. We had a late breaking FTP problem. I5 always has to be slightly different just to keep us on our toes ;-). Please note this version uses a new key but it does come with a 30 day eval license. If you want to generate your permanent key and enable the free 1 year of support provided by Zend's agreement IBM for this product then go to http://www.zend.com/en/products/studio/for-i5os/license
